Opening Apple and Google Play Store accounts
If you do not yet have Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, please prepare the items below. They are required to create and publish your mobile application.
Chargekeeper email address: connection@charge-keeper.com
1. Required information and documents
- Company name
- Company mailing address
- Company promotional text (140 characters maximum)
- Website address
- Company phone number
- Company D.U.N.S number - Check here: https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/#!/search
- Company illustration image (optional)
- Format: JPEG or PNG (24-bit, opaque)
- Recommended dimensions: 4096 × 2304 pixels
2. Creating the developer accounts
Apple
- Enrollment in the Apple Developer Program:
https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/
- Registration for the Google Play Console:
https://play.google.com/intl/fr/console/about/
3. Inviting the Chargekeeper team
Once the accounts have been created, please invite the Chargekeeper team so that the application can be managed and published.
Apple (App Store Connect)
- Go to: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/
- Click Users and Access
- Click Add a user (+ button)
- Invite the email address: connection@charge-keeper.com
- Assign the following roles:
- Admin
- Access to the cloud-managed Developer ID certificate
Google (Play Console)
- Go to: https://play.google.com/console
- Click Users and permissions
- Click Invite new users
- Invite the email address: connection@charge-keeper.com
- Required setup:
- Do not set an expiry date
- Account permissions tab: check Admin
