This page covers the Floox Lyra 60 and Lyra 80 DC fast chargers. It lists the status codes the charger sends to the supervision platform, with their meaning and what to do.

How Floox reports its errors
The charger sends a numeric code in the manufacturer code field (vendorErrorCode). On charging stations supervised by Chargekeeper, this code comes with the OCPP code InternalError. The Lyra has two hoses (hose 1 and hose 2 in the Floox documentation).

10-digit code: a hose fault. The first digit gives the hose (
1or2), followed by2, then 3 digits for the module concerned, then 5 digits for the fault. Example:1200100001= hose 1, module001(DC relay), fault00001. -
9-digit code: a fault of the charger itself (common to both hoses). Example:
201900001= emergency stop button. -
Sprefix: the fault is solved.S1200100001means fault1200100001has cleared; the information field then often readsERROR SOLVED. No action is needed if the code does not come back.
This breakdown of the code is deduced from the list published by Floox; Floox does not describe it explicitly. The information field may also carry other text, for example the message shown on the screen (in Spanish) or a value such as [0,1,0]: rely on the code.
On the charger screen, a faulty hose shows as unavailable. The Floox documentation gives no cause or troubleshooting per code: for every code, note the full code and the hose concerned, download the logs from the charger's local web interface (Status > Download log files), then contact Floox support with the code, the charger serial number and the logs.
