Strategy: Vehicle-based prioritization
Vehicle-based prioritization dynamically allocates the power available in a charging zone based on the priority level associated with a badge.
Activating prioritization
The strategy is activated at the zone level by selecting “Vehicle-based prioritization” as the smart charging mode.
General principle
Prioritization is managed at the badge level
A badge can be associated with:
- a vehicle
- a user
The priority level is defined in the badge’s Characteristics tab:
- High priority
- Medium priority
- Low priority
The algorithm then distributes the available power according to the connected badges.

Algorithm: example cases
Take the example of a zone configured with a power of 45 kVA and 3 charging points of 22 kW:
