Chargekeeper brings together all the advanced features and services associated with charging stations.
These services help optimize station usage, energy management, operating costs and the user experience.

Availability rate

The availability rate measures the time during which stations and connectors are able to deliver service, with a history over time, per-connector analysis and report exports (summary or detailed).

Alerts module

The alerts module automatically detects anomalies on stations and sessions and notifies teams by email or SMS according to configurable rules.

Smart Charging by Chargekeeper

Smart Charging by Chargekeeper dynamically controls the power delivered to stations based on site constraints and the priorities defined.

Several strategies are available:

Fair distribution of power
Prioritization by vehicle,
Prioritization of the least-charged vehicles

Open Charge

Open Charge lets you start a charging session without prior identification via badge or app, according to the rules defined by the operator.

Auto Charge automatically recognizes a vehicle and starts the charging session without any action from the user.
